Meet Nada

Finding someone who will truly listen — so you can feel genuinely understood — can be hard. Many people come to counselling feeling burdened by thoughts and emotions they’ve carried alone for a long time, unsure where to place them safely.

I believe that meaningful change begins with the right therapeutic fit: a relationship where you can speak openly, without fear of judgement, and be met with care, curiosity, and respect. My approach is warm and empathic, and I take time to understand all parts of you — even the parts you may have learned to hide or feel uncertain about sharing.

I work in a way that is therapeutically safe and unhurried, offering space for you to gradually loosen unhelpful patterns shaped by past experiences, and to form new ways of relating to yourself and others that support greater vitality, freedom, and emotional health.

I am a member of the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and I engage in regular professional supervision. Over the past 25 years, I have worked across a range of settings including business and professional environments, pastoral care, chaplaincy, teaching, and school counselling. I am currently a Trainer and Assessor with the Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC) and work part-time as part of the counselling team at Illawarra Christian School.
