Finding someone to talk to who will really listen so that you can feel understood is difficult! I believe that finding a good fit in a therapist, someone you can share thoughts and emotions that have been weighing you down, without fear of feeling judged, is crucial to experiencing positive change. I offer a warm empathetic approach where I seek to understand all the parts of you even the ones you would rather keep hidden. I do this in a way that is therapeutically safe and gives you a sense of space and time to gradually unwind destructive patterns from the past and form new patterns that will give you more life and health.

I am a member of the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and undertake regular supervision. I have had a variety of roles in the last 25 years including working with business professionals, pastoral care, chaplaincy, teaching and school counselling. I am currently a Trainer and Assessor for AIFC and work part-time at Illawarra Christian School in the counselling team.
