Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. We understand, sometimes life just gets in the way. If you're unable to provide notice within 24 hours, we may charge a cancellation fee which is calculated at 50% of our standard fee ($120). This helps us give the best possible service for our clients. Please chat to our team if you have any concerns.
